Creating your ProWeb Office
To create your ProWeb office, start by logging in to your Account Hub. On the main page of the Account Hub, locate the Software Options tile.
Click the link in this tile to start creating your ProWeb office.
In the window that opens, enter information about your office and about you. This information is needed to create ProWeb's Office and ERO setup menus, as well as create your preparer account.
Note that the "PIN" field is your 5-digit self-selected PIN for Form 8879.
Be sure to make an entry in all fields. When finished, click SAVE to create your ProWeb office.
To access your ProWeb office, in the top right of the Account Hub window click the App Switch icon with nine squares next to your username, then click ProWeb.
Preparer accounts
When you created your ProWeb office you simultaneously created your preparer account using the same username and password as you use for Account Hub. Anyone else who needs access to the office will need to have a Preparer Account created for them.

The password must be at least 8 characters in length and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of these special characters: @$!%*?&.
Each preparer using the software logs into the program using the username and password you assigned them. Passwords expire and need to be reset every 180 days.
