The first step to setting up your TaxSlayer ProWeb office is creating it in your Account Hub. After your ProWeb account has been created, information from Account Hub will pull to the two ProWeb Configuration menus Office Setup and ERO/Preparer Setup.
If you are having a problem setting up your ProWeb office, call TaxSlayer Pro support.
Once you have created your ProWeb office, you have two ways to log into it:
- In Account Hub, click the 9-square menu at the top right, then click ProWeb.
- In your browser, visit online.taxslayerpro.com.
Completing ProWeb Office Setup
To complete Office Setup in ProWeb, from the Welcome Page select:
- Configuration
- Office Setup - Examine each field and dropdown menu, modifying as needed. If you are offering bank products, select the bank to use. If you don't see a bank you have applied with listed, check the application's status in Account Hub and/or with the bank.

Completing ProWeb ERO Setup
To complete Office Setup in ProWeb, from the Welcome Page select:
- Configuration
- ERO Setup - Click the blue EDIT button for your EFIN. Examine the info for accuracy and change or add info as desired.
Important: Some states require that your ERO information includes either an EIN or indication that you are self-employed. To avoid a state reject, if you're self-employed check this check box, and/or if you have an EIN enter it in the field provided.
Note that once an ERO has been added to ERO Setup it cannot be deleted. Rather, if you discontinue using an EFIN you mark it as inactive.
Note: The information in Office Setup and ERO Setup apply to all tax years.
