For preparers using TaxSlayer Pro, Web Reports are a suite of cloud-based financial and statistical reports for your entire company providing data useful for marketing and bookkeeping purposes.
If your company has multiple groups and EFINs, each report can be used to access data and statistics for every office within a company, allowing you to effectively monitor your entire business.

Accessing Web Reports
Web Reports can be accessed several ways:
- Directly here using your Account Hub user name and password. (Bookmark this link in your web browser for easy access.)
- In Account Hub under the 9-square "app switcher" menu at the top right.
- In the TaxSlayer Pro desktop program, from the Quick Menu under the Reports menu.
How to run a report
- On the Web Reports page, select the report you'd like to run.
- Complete the filter selections as desired.
- Select the EFIN(s).
- Click "Run Report" or "Run Report For Export". Offices with a large number of returns may need to use the latter.
Return level reports
Listed below are the reports that provide information about individual tax returns. Reports for preparers using TaxSlayer ProWeb include both electronically filed and paper filed tax returns. The reports that provide information only on electronically filed tax returns may not provide complete data for an office using the desktop version of TaxSlayer Pro since they will not include tax returns filed in paper form.

Federal Return Summary
This report includes over 100 columns of information about each e-filed Federal return. It's the most detailed of all the reports listing individual returns.
Office Production Detail Report - Electronic
Reports detailed information on electronically filed individual tax returns.
Office Production Detail Report - Paper
Reports detailed information on Paper Returns. (This report is only useful for ProWeb offices.)
State Return Summary
Reports information about each e-filed State return.
State Detail Summary Report
Reports transmission data for each e-filed State return.
Bank Product Funding
Reports the funding status of returns that utilized a bank product.
Electronic Filing Summary
Reports information and details for each individual transmission (federal and state separately).
ProWeb Returns - Return Report
Reports basic information for every return created in TaxSlayer ProWeb.
ProWeb Returns - Detailed Return Report
Reports detailed information for every return created in TaxSlayer ProWeb.
ProWeb Returns - Audit Report
Reports all returns created in TaxSlayer ProWeb that include the earned income credit.
Business Returns
This report provides general info about the tax and information returns prepared in the Business menu in TaxSlayer Pro and electronically filed, including the transmission and acknowledgement dates and preparation and e-file fees charged.
Returns Awaiting Acknowledgement
Reports on all returns waiting for an acknowledgement.
Extension Report
Reports on all filed extensions.
Company level reports
Listed below are the reports that summarize the company's returns. These reports summarize characteristics such as the number of returns utilizing a bank product or amounts such as the total return refunds or total fees paid.

Summary Report
Reports broad statistics for a particular group or one or more EFINs.
Summary Report By Date
Reports information and statistics for a particular group or EFIN by date.
Submitted Returns
Reports two statistics: the number of submitted returns and the number of returns that utilized a bank product.
Bank Approvals
For each EFIN, reports the status of the office's bank enrollment application(s).
Customer Contact Report
Reports customer contacts at all your locations.
Customer Order Code Report
Reports the EFIN validation codes for sub offices.
Bank Invoice Report
Reports special invoicing data for partner products. (This report will be blank if it doesn't apply to your office.)
User Access Report
For TaxSlayer ProWeb offices, this report provides preparer action time-stamps.
Taxes To Go and Customer Portal reports
There are two sets of reports that provide information about your clients who have installed the Taxes To Go mobile app and clients to whom you have sent an invitation to create a Customer Portal. These reports provide general information, such as the status of the mobile app submission, and can assist in diagnosing login problems.

Customer Portal Report
View the status of all the Customer Portal invitations you have sent, including whether or not the client has created the portal.
Customer Portal Report By Date
As above but for a particular date range. Offices with hundreds of portal invitations may need to run this report as an alternative to the above.
Taxes To Go Report
View information about and the status of all clients who received your branded Taxes To Go app link, including the status of the app from installation, to return preparation being started, to the return being submitted to you. Also, view information about non-branded app clients whose returns you have claimed.
Taxes To Go Report By Date
As above but for a particular date range. This report allows you to refine by time period during the year, and is also useful for an office with a large amount of data that's being limited by the basic report.
Exporting and saving reports
When a report is run it can be exported to a CSV file suitable for importing into your spreadsheet software. Additionally, the settings for a report's template can be saved, including the filters and column selections you have chosen, making the report easier to run on a regular basis.
Caveats
- There may be a difference between the number of clients on a report and transmissions totals in the same time period. This maybe be due to, for example, clients who have both an original and an amended return.
- A report may have a column description that you don't recognize. If so, it probably doesn't apply to your office can be ignored.
