Web Reports are cloud-based financial and biographical reports for your entire company in one location, providing you data useful for marketing and financial purposes.. Each report can be used to access data and statistics for every office within a company at the same time, allowing you to effectively monitor your entire business.
Report data can be filtered by tax year, group, EFIN, and preparer. Reports can be exported to a CSV file suitable for importing into your spreadsheet software. Reports can also be saved, including the filters and column selections you have chosen, making them easy to run on a regular basis.
Web Reports can be accessed two ways:
- Directly here using your Account Hub user name and password.
- In Account Hub under the 9-square "app switcher" menu.
For those with Sub Management Account Hub logins, if you can view Web Reports your credentials will work as well.

After the report has loaded, you can then customize it to show only the specific columns you need. Here are some tips to help you customize reports:
- Column Selection - Use this menu to include in the report only the columns you need. A column colored blue is included, and a column colored red has not been included. If a report has many columns that you don't need, you can click "Clear All" to remove them all, then select only the columns you wish to include.
- Click and drag a column left or right to move it to where you want it to be.
- Click, drag, and drop a column in the heading above the columns to create groups and subgroups based on the data in the column.
If you've created and customized a report that you think you will want to see regularly, click Save Report at the top right of the window. Once saved, the report will appear under the Saved Reports menu in the main Web Reports page. You can then run the report from there and it will be created and customized just as you desired.
Click the Export button at the top right of the window to export a copy in CSV format suitable for opening in your spreadsheet program.
Caveats
- There may be a difference between the number of clients on a report and transmissions totals in the same time period. This maybe be due to, for example, clients who have both an original and an amended return.
