If you are offering bank product options for your clients, when your mark a return with a refund for electronic filing, you will be asked if the taxpayer would like the preparation fees taken out of the refund. After answering that question, the subsequent window display all the bank options available along with the total fees related to each. These additional fees are fees charged by the bank for each specific bank product, and they also include the software transmission fee and technology fee. These fees are separate from your preparation fees.

- Display Additional Fees in E-File Menu - Change to Yes or No as desired.
