Form 8891 U.S. Information Return for Beneficiaries of Certain Canadian Registered Retirement Plans

Form 8891 was discontinued by the IRS for tax years beginning Jan.1, 2015 and later. Taxpayers are no longer required to file Form 8891 for any year past or present.
