Desktop: Viewing A Business Return

There are three ways to view one or more forms for a Business return.

1. A business return can be viewed and printed without opening the return. From the Main Menu of TaxSlayer Pro, select:

  • Business
  • View Business Return
  • Key in the EIN or double-click the client in the Client List. A list of forms that are associated with the return will appear. (This is the same list that displays when you select View Results from within the return minus Prior Year's Comparison.)
  • Select what you would like to print (to PDF or paper, depending on your printing configuration).

2. A business return can be viewed and printed from inside the return. From the Main Menu of the Business return select:

  • View Results
  • A list of forms that are associated with the return will appear.
  • Select what you would like to print (to PDF or paper, depending on your printing configuration).

3. Inside the return, most menus have an icon view-form.png (2018 and earlier viewform.png) in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Click the icon to view the form associated with the menu you are in.
