The Business Organizer is designed to help you collect and organize information specific to each business client. The organizer provides a template of questions and entity specific details so that you can gather the information that you need quickly and efficiently. The information entered in to the business organizer will be pulled and printed on to the current year organizer. You can then mail the Pro forma to your clients before their visit to your office. This will save both you and the client time when they come to your office to have their tax return prepared. It will also help your client with some preliminary planning before the preparation of the tax return.
To print an Organizer for your business client(s), from the Main Menu of TaxSlayer Pro select:
- Print Menu
- Print Business Organizer
Print Blank Organizer - Selecting this option will print a complete blank organizer for the entity that you select. The blank organizer is designed to be given to businesses who have no prior year data produced by TaxSlayer Pro software.
Print Organizer for Selected Clients - Select a client or group of clients from the list and press the Print Selected button. Next, select the type of organizer that you wish to print for the selected client(s).
Print Organizer for Clients Marked to Print - Each business client that you mark to print an organizer for next year will print using this option.
Print Organizer for All Clients - Selecting this option will print an organizer for each business client from the prior year TaxSlayer Pro software. Specify the type of organizer that you wish to print. The data from the prior year return will automatically pull in to the correct column on each page of the organizer.
