In TaxSlayer ProWeb, you can upload to a return's Scanned Documents menu a variety of file types, including image files, PDFs, and Excel spreadsheets. Once uploaded, FormGenius will attempt to classify each file and determine whether its data can be imported or not.
The data from the following documents can be imported into a TaxSlayer ProWeb tax return (2026 returns and forward only):
- W-2 Wage and Earning Statement
- 1099-R
- 1099-G (for unemployment)
- 1099-INT
- 1099-DIV
- 1099-OID
- 1099-MISC (not yet available)
- 1099-NEC (not yet available)
