If you are using Refundo to facilitate payment of a taxpayer refund, they can take advantage of Refundo's RPay service. With RPay, when the IRS funds their federal refund they can receive payment up to five days earlier than usual.
In order for a taxpayer to apply for this product, their personal bank account must belong to a bank participating in the program. There is also an additional $20 fee, deducted from the taxpayer's refund associated with Refundo. RPay can be selected for any disbursement type, whether check, direct deposit, or debit card, but it isn't available on a return that also includes a Refundo NOW Advance.
In TaxSlayer ProWeb, after marking the return for electronic filing and selecting a Refundo product that doesn't include an advance, you will be prompted to offer RPay:
If the taxpayer chooses to use RPay, the $20 fee will appear on the Refund Transfer (RT) Fee Disclosure page of the Refundo bank application on the line "Fees paid for additional products or services".
