How do I Indicate the Taxpayer is Military on a Maryland Non-Resident Return?

Desktop Program - To indicate that a taxpayer/and or spouse was a member of the Military on a non-resident Maryland tax return, from the main menu of the Maryland return select:

  • Personal Information
  • Other Categories
  • Type of Return being Filed - Select Military, and enter the amount of Non-Maryland Military income in the field provided

 

TaxSlayer ProWeb - To indicate that a taxpayer/and or spouse was a member of the Military on a non-resident Maryland tax return, from the main menu of the Maryland return select:

  • Basic Information
  • Are you or your spouse in the Military? - Select Yes, and enter the amount of Non-Maryland Military income in the field provided
