Taxpayers who select a Santa Barbara TPG GO2bank Debit Card as their refund bank product type may try and use the card and receive a decline message or denied message stating that the card is locked. Taxpayers can unlock the debit card by logging in to their GO2bank mobile app.
To unlock the card, from the menu within the GO2bank mobile app, they should select:
- Manage Cards
- Unlock Debit Card
If the taxpayer is unable to log in to the mobile app, they will need to contact GO2bank directly at 855.459.1334.
