In your Account Hub at TaxSlayer Pro, the last step in the bank product enrollment application is entering (first time only) or verifying (subsequent times) the information on IRS Form W-9.
If any of the info showing on Form W-9 needs changing, you won't be able to change it in account hub. Rather, you'll need to send us a revised Form W-9. This includes when you initially enroll with a bank as well as subsequent to being approved by the bank.
The easiest way to prepare Form W-9 is at the IRS website here. Once you have finished, you can either ...
- Print the form to PDF and email it to prodocs@taxslayer.com, or
- Print the form to paper and fax it to TaxSlayer Pro sales at 706.868.1955
Note: TaxSlayer Pro support representatives are unable to assist you with updating Form W-9 in your Account Hub. Use the steps above, then notify our sales staff that you have submitted a new W-9 at 888.420.1040.
