If you are unable to see your taxpayer's signatures in your tax program, we recommend refreshing the web page (if using ProWeb) or reentering the return and then exiting to the Receipt Menu (if using Desktop). This simple step will often refresh the return and show the signatures.
If you are still unable to see the signatures, we recommend verifying if your taxpayer really has signed in the Customer Portal. Signing documents in the Customer Portal is a two-step process: first, create the signature, then apply the signature to the forms. Once they do this, the signature will show in the program.
