I’m trying to pull in a Taxes To Go return and the program keeps asking me for a Social Security number.

If the program is asking for a Social Security Number when you are pulling a Taxes To Go return from Import App User (ProWeb) or Pull From Pro App (Desktop), this means the taxpayer did not complete the My Tax Return section in the app and did not yet click Submit.

Contact your taxpayer and ask them to fill out the entire My Tax Return section and click Submit at the end.
