Protection Plus provides taxpayers and tax professionals with a variety of services:
- Access to experienced professionals who can help in the case of an IRS audit or inquiry letter.
- Provide debt resolution advice.
- Assistance with tax fraud, ensuring all the necessary paperwork gets filed.
- Guarantee of the tax professionals work, up to $2,500 in case of errors.
- Assistance in getting denied tax credits.

Enrolling in Protection Plus is done in your Account Hub and in one of two ways:
- If you are offering bank products, follow these steps:
- In the bank application under Step 4 "Ancillary Products", under Protection Plus select Yes under "I want to offer this product";
- Read and save a copy of the User Agreement;
- Type your name on the Signature line;
- When finished with the Ancillary Products screen, click Save or Save and Continue.
- If you aren't offering bank products, within Account Hub click Partners Program on the left side menu, then click View Offer under Protection Plus.
