ProWeb: How Do I Install a Demo Version of TaxSlayer Pro Web Software?

The trial version of TaxSlayer ProWeb is available on the TaxSlayer Pro website here.

Note: Since TaxSlayer ProWeb is cloud-based and accessed via a web browser, it can be used by tax preparers on both Windows PCs and Macs.

Downloading a free trial of TaxSlayer ProWeb

1. Visit taxslayerpro.com.
2. Enter the information requested (name, e-mail address, phone number, your state, and whether or not you prefer communication in Spanish.
3. Under Choose a Demo Version, click the button for TaxSlayer Pro Web (Cloud Based).
4. Complete the Captcha puzzle.
5. Click the green GET FREE DEMO button
6. You will then be redirected to a web page entitled Begin Demo Setup. 
7. On the next screen you will be given your Demo Account ID (for example: DemoUser54321) and you will be prompted to create an account password following the password instructions shown on-screen. Once your password has been created and verified, click the SUBMIT button.
8. You will arrive at the TaxSlayer ProWeb login window. Enter your username (if not already entered) and your newly created password.

10. To Start a New Tax Return, click the Select button.
